We are thrilled to launch the second and final part of an*dre neely’s experimental writing commission. An*dre was selected as part of the open call for experimental writing commissions launched last Autumn in collaboration with performance, possession + automation.

In part two, an*dre continues their layered exploration into border control systems and expands into spectral presence, fiction, and the colonial legacies of the internet and other means of communication and surveillance.
